WASHİNG SYSTEM
ÇKR Automatic washing system fulfills the requirements for effective cleaning and disinfection of all kinds of milking systems, respectively, completely and without errors. All you have to do is press a single button. As it is known, post-milking cleaning and disinfection of milking systems is very important. In washing for effective cleaning and disinfection of the milking system:
– Sufficient amount of water should be used
– The water to be used for washing should be of sufficient temperature.
– Detergents such as alkali and acid should be used in the right ratio.
– Washing time should be sufficient
– Pre-rinse-main-wash-final rinse must be done during washing.
– The water circulated in the milking system during washing should be circulated with high pressure.
